The Central West Primary Care Network (CW PCN) Annual General Meeting (AGM) was an inspiring evening of learning, connection, and collaboration, bringing together primary care providers from across our community to reflect on the past year and look ahead to the future of health care in our region.
As part of the evening’s celebrations, PCN leaders took time to recognize the outstanding dedication, leadership, and compassion demonstrated by local physicians and care teams. From long-standing contributions to exceptional acts of teamwork and support, these awards highlight the individuals who embody the very best of primary care in the Central West region.
A special moment of thanks was also given to Dr. Priya Chopra for her service as the specialist member of the Primary Care Council. Dr. Chopra demonstrated a true willingness to partner with primary care in building the framework for the Ontario Health Team. The newly elected specialist physician will be announced shortly.
