The SCOPE Team is excited to announce that starting October 6th, 2025, SCOPE users will have access to a new Palliative Care pathway, in partnership with Brameast Famly Health Organization! Through this pathway, you can access advice related to palliative care for the following criteria:
- Patient has palliative goals, and the patient/family would like to keep the care at home for as long as possible.
- If the patient is resisting palliative goals, support with advice around difficult communication around palliative goals.
