The Ontario Ministry of Health has updated the details of the COVID-19 Vaccine Program for the 2025/2026 season.
The COVID-19 vaccines available this season are:

TPH Recommends Health Care Providers:
- Discuss and recommend fall dose(s) of COVID-19 vaccine to all patients 6 months of age and older (previously vaccinated and unvaccinated), as per the recommended COVID-19 Immunization Schedule:
- Individuals 6 months of age or older and those who have not started or completed their primary series are recommended to finish their primary series.
- All other individuals 6 months of age or older are recommended to receive 1 dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
- If enrolled* in the COVID-19 Vaccine Immunization Program, order COVID-19 vaccine through the online portal for all patients.
- Administer to high-risk and priority populations as soon as possible.
- All other patients are eligible starting on October 27, 2025.
- Pharmacies will order their vaccine directly from their distribution centre.
- TPH is coordinating with long-term care and retirement homes to ensure timely access to COVID-19 vaccines for high-risk residents.

- Be aware of the following guidance RE: co-administration:
- The COVID-19 vaccines may be given at the same time with other vaccines, or at any time before or after other non-COVID-19 vaccines (live or non-live vaccines), including the influenza vaccine, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine and/or the RSV monoclonal antibody, Beyfortus®.
