William Osler Health System is pleased to announce the launch of the Shoulder Rapid Access Clinic (RAC).
The Shoulder RAC has been developed to improve timely access to assessment and management for patients presenting with shoulder conditions. The clinic will provide an early, standardized pathway of care, supporting efficient clinical decision-making, improved patient flow, and enhanced patient experience.
This initiative reflects Osler’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while optimizing clinical resources across the organization. The clinic will operate from the existing Musculoskeletal (MSK) RAC location at Brampton Civic Hospital. The referral pathway will remain unchanged and will continue to follow the current established RAC referral process.
Inclusion Criteria

- Inflammatory arthritis
- Osteoarthritis (OA)
- Shoulder dislocation/instability/labral tear
