Clinic Physician – Sexual Health Clinics (Contractor)
Location: Peel Region Clinics in Mississauga, Brampton and Malton
Hourly Rate: $120/per hour

Partner with Peel Region’s Public Health team and contribute to a healthier, safer, and more connected community. As a Clinic Physician (contractor) in our Sexual Health Clinics, you’ll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable populations and promoting sexual health and reproductive well-being.

Your Role
As a Clinic Physician (contractor), you will:
- Provide STI assessment, diagnosis, and treatment (e.g., Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Herpes, Genital warts, MPOX, HIV).
- Offer contraception options, counseling and prescribing, supporting informed decision-making.
- Utilize and maintain accurate Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
What We’re Looking For
- Medical degree and current CPSO licensure to practice independently in Ontario.
- Experience or interest in sexual health.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Familiarity with EMR systems
Commitment & Flexibility
- Minimum one 3–5 hour shift per week (additional shifts are an asset).
- Clinics operate Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
