The team behind the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) Program in the Brampton, Halton, Mississauga, and South Etobicoke region have simplified the process for clients and healthcare providers:
New Client Self-Referral Form:
- Provides clients with an improved user experience and faster access to services.
- Clients can now instantly schedule their assessment appointment when they self-refer.
- Healthcare providers can continue to support clients in submitting a self-referral (i.e. If you are with your client, you can walk through the self-referral form together).
Healthcare Provider Referral Process
- All healthcare providers will now refer through Ocean.
- Once a referral is submitted, clients will receive an email with a link to schedule their assessment appointment and complete the required information.
- Referrals for Mississauga or Halton residents can also be made via one-Link. This option is helpful when you’re not sure if OSP is the best fit for your client.
